Construction at ZontaHuxter is not a separate builder brought in after the drawings are finished. Site teams work from the architecture, interiors and joinery produced in-house, so what is approved on paper is what is built.
The work includes renovations, extensions, complete redesigns, listed buildings and multiple-home developments. A partner remains closely involved on site, with cost control held inside the same contract.
Design and build
Clients appoint one studio. That covers the construction programme, the joinery installation and the finishing of interiors. There is no split between the architect’s builder and the interior designer’s contractor. The work is delivered as one sequence, from the first day on site to handover.
Quality and cost
Variations, programme and quality sit with us. The making on site is held to the same standard as the drawings, from the first set-out to the last finish.
